Overview:
In this so-so amalgam of the disaster movie and the political thriller, scientist Corbin Bernsen is called in to find out whether a lethal series of tidal waves is a man-made or a natural phenomenon. The former LA Law man is as reliable as ever, and there are useful supporting performances from Julianne Phillips and Lawrence Hilton-Jacobs. Director George Miller - the Andre rather than the Mad Max one - does his best to hide the limitations of his TV-movie budget.
