What could audiences have possibly done to deserve such torture? As this inane series continues, each episode becomes sillier and more slapdash than the last. There's no Steve Guttenberg in this one (he must have read the script), and all you need to know is that the bumbling cops, as the title suggests, visit Miami for a convention, which is the only thing that differentiates this extremely mediocre movie from the four that went before.
