Four students are attacked by inbred mutant cannibals, and only one escapes with her life, fleeing into the wilderness. Later, a prison bus crashes in the area and the convicts make a break for it, only to run into the survivor who tries to warn them of the danger they are in - but it is too late, as the cannibals are already closing in for the kill.
