Overview:
A photo-journalist travels to Nicaragua in the 1980s to document the uprising against the dictator Somoza. Despite taking the assignment for cynical reasons, he soon goes from being a passive observer of the conflict to actively helping the rebels in their struggle. Political thriller, starring Nick Nolte, Joanna Cassidy, Gene Hackman, Ed Harris, Jean-Louis Trintignant and Richard Masur.
