"They took his land... his horses... his woman... but... they couldn't take Chino!"

- Genre: Western, Action, Adventure, Drama

Overview:
Charles Bronson gives one of his best performances in this little-known European western. He looks very relaxed and comfortable as Chino, a half-breed cowboy who takes in a young runaway (Vincent Van Patten) on his small ranch, even smiling and laughing out loud several times. Chino's character is more complex than the typical western loner; he's not always sympathetic and handles the local racists in an atypical way for both the genre and for Bronson. The screenplay itself is quite loose, even taking occasional breaks from the main story to show local colour or attempt humour.
