Overview:
A US Special Forces agent is called into action to take out a Chechen nuclear power plant before a renegade Soviet general sets off a live reactor in an act of terrorism. However, the situation spirals out of control when a hostage crisis erupts, and the American military's intervention threatens to undermine the covert operation.
