Three skydivers pull into to a small rural town in Kansas, where they are due to stage their aerial stunt show, and the rookie in the team finds them accommodation at his aunt's house. She is becoming increasingly estranged from her husband and starts an affair with the oldest diver in the group. However, the relationship ends in an unforeseen tragedy.
