"Every killer meets his equal."

- Director: Bruce Beresford
- Genre: Drama, Action, Thriller, Crime
- Studio: Emmett/Furla Films
- Subtitled | Widescreen | Duration: 115 Mins
Overview:
Despite the A-list involved, this is a depressingly ordinary action caper, which unsurprisingly went straight to video in most countries. John Cusack plays a former cop turned teacher who heads into the wild to bond with his surly teenage son (Jamie Anderson). Unfortunately, they have the misfortune to stumble across a dying FBI agent, who was in the process of escorting master assassin Morgan Freeman into custody and they resolve to finish the job. Problem is that the rest of Freeman's crew, who include Jonathan Hyde and Corey Johnson, are also on their trail. Director Bruce Beresford's brisk and economical direction is a plus, while the two leads are their usual reliable selves. However, the fact that the Freeman character is such a sympathetic soul means there is little tension between guard and captor, while plot logic is in short supply.
