Would-be astrophysicist Jimmy Hawkins enters a competition giving aspiring astronauts a chance to win a seat on the next space shuttle to head into orbit. Joining a team of young cadets, he attends space camp, where he and his friends must prove their worth in competition against devious rivals the Titans.
