"The rich have always fed off the poor. This time, it's for real."
- Director: Brian Yuzna
- Genre: Comedy, Drama, Horror, Mystery
- Studio: Society Productions
- Duration: 115 Mins
|
Overview:
A truly unique shocker, this mixture of social comment and splatter horror will definitely not be to everyone's taste. Is Billy Warlock just paranoid about his well-respected Beverly Hills family? Or do they really get up to unspeakable taboo-breaking orgies when he's not around? The answer involves a great deal of special make-up effects, including torso distortion, melting flesh, deviant gender blurring and surreal spectacle. Disturbing and silly in roughly equal amounts, this over-the-top exposé of what the rich are really doing to the poor marked the directing debut of Brian Yuzna, whose credits as producer include 1985's Re-Animator and Honey, I Shrunk the Kids.
