In this interestingly cast Italian-Brazilian co-production, a selected handful of near-stars enjoy an exotic Brazilian location shoot while pretending to hunt for purloined jewels in a lake full of piranha. Nice to see Margaux Hemingway and Cabaret's Marisa Berenson again, although there's a serious warning here to models who attempt acting careers. Interestingly, it is still the best cast director Dawson - real name Antonio Margheriti, purveyor of spaghetti western and horror - ever assembled. Watch with a six-pack.
