Lawyer Clark Gable travels to Italy to settle his late brother's estate and runs into vengeful and hysterical Italians, Sophia Loren and lots of travelogue shots of Capri and the Amalfi coast. This is probably one of those movies where the cast and crew had more fun than the audience who watch their antics, and it's not a patch on Billy Wilder's similarly themed Avanti!. Loren, however, is a vivacious delight in a role that was originally written for Capri's most famous resident, Gracie Fields.

Mike Hamilton, a Philadelphia lawyer, comes to Naples to settle the estate of his long estranged "black sheep" brother. Once there, he discovers that the deceased has left an 8 year old boy who is being raised by Michael's sister-in-law Lucia Curcio. To complicate matters, Lucia happens to be a sexy nightclub performer.
