Overview:
Adaptation of Romeo and Juliet set in a Gujarati village where the Rajadis and Saneras have been feuding for 500 years. Ram meets and falls in love with Leela and their love is intense, but so is the enmity between their families and their relationship leads to bloodshed and tragedy. Ranveer Singh and Deepika Padukone take the roles of the star-crossed lovers in Sanjay Leela Bhansali's reworking of Shakespeare's classic.
