Directed by actor Charles Martin Smith (American Graffiti, this decent little action adventure concerns two wisecracking mercenaries taking a job from the CIA to overthrow a South East Asian dictator. Along the way they have to train a guerrilla army and spar romantically for the favour of the prettiest rebel soldier you'll ever care to see. The two tough guys are played by Peter Weller (in a rare straightforward hero role) and Robert Hays (best known from Airplane!), and they have a lot of chemistry together. The dialogue is surprisingly good, but in the end the set-up is more fun than the payoff.
