A man visits his ex-wife, only to find she has been murdered. He discovers a connection between her and a gangster, whom he immediately assumes must be the killer. However, as he tries to find evidence, a police inspector is convinced there is a less obvious perpetrator at work. Crime drama, starring Derek Farr, Joan Hopkins, Peter Lorre and William Hartnell.
