Overview:
Crusading vigilante architect Charles Bronson cleans up three crack-dealing LA syndicates after one causes the death of his girlfriend's (Kay Lenz) daughter in this shoddily staged sequel. J Lee Thompson takes over the directing reins from Michael Winner and incredibly does an even lousier job marshalling the inept plot, inane dialogue and abruptly senseless violence. Awful.
