- Studio: Leonard Hill Films
- Duration: 120 Mins

Overview:
Looking a little older than in his Starsky and Hutch days, David Soul stars in this true-life TV movie as the officer in charge of Pennsylvania's biggest-ever police operation. Set in 1966, the film follows the hunt for Peggy Ann Bradnick, the 17-year-old kidnapped by an eccentric recluse known as Bicycle Pete. The interest doesn't lie in the search, but in the peculiar relationship that develops between the victim and her abductor, adequately played by Megan Follows and David Morse. Yet another example of the adage that news headlines rarely make good movie entertainment.
