Overview:
The US president is persuaded to wage a cold war on neighbouring Canada in a bid to boost his popularity and boost the declining economy. However, the sheriff of Niagara Falls takes things a little too seriously and is inspired to lead an invasion. Michael Moore's satirical comedy, starring John Candy, Alan Alda and Kevin Pollak.
