Duane Bradley arrives in New York carrying a basket, containing a hideous creature that attacks anyone it can get it's hands on. The monster is Duane's hideously deformed twin, who is forcing his brother to help him in a mission of revenge. However, when Duane falls in love, he starts to want a normal life.
