New Orleans cop Danny Fisher (John Cena) plays cat-and-mouse with a ruthless, grudge-holding terrorist in this conventional and clichéd action fest from director Renny Harlin (Die Hard 2). Miles Jackson (Aidan Gillen) kidnaps Fisher's girlfriend and forces him to complete a series of tasks, or "rounds", against the clock in order to rescue her. Unsurprisingly, this provides the opportunity for Fisher to leave an escalating trail of destruction across the city, while typically tight-lipped FBI agents struggle to uncover the bad guy's ulterior motive. Harlin aims for the tension-cranking thrills of a Die Hard or Speed, but his bombs 'n' bullets set pieces lack originality. It also doesn't help that wrestling star Cena is a fairly uncharismatic leading man hamstrung by mind-numbingly banal dialogue, while Gillen's baby-faced villain is not even remotely scary.

When New Orleans Police Detective Danny Fisher stops a brilliant thief from getting away with a multimillion-dollar heist, the thief's girlfriend is accidentally killed. After escaping from prison, the criminal mastermind enacts his revenge, taunting Danny with 12 rounds of near-impossible puzzles and tasks that he must somehow complete to save the life of the woman he loves.
