The son of a Pennsylvania mobster is determined not to follow in his father's footsteps, and instead joins the army, serving in the first gulf war. When he impulsively steals a jeep at the end of the conflict, the FBI offer him a way out of paying for his crime - go back to his old neighbourhood and infiltrate the Sicilian crime syndicate taking over the drug trade in the city.
